For our first collaboration with Control Club, we’re bringing two mighty techno goddesses to share their gloomy dancefloor experiments.
Lizzie Davis aka Wilted Woman creates glistening, syncopated rhythms using analogue electronics that merge industrial, music concrète and acid into exciting, new mutant techno. The New York-born, Berlin-based producer will perform a special live set for us.
The very talented DJ/producer Admina from local crew Corp. will ensure the transcendental techno vibes for the rest of the night.

Biographies
Wilted Woman
Eel Burn, AKA DJ Puddle, AKA Wilted Woman, makes wonderfully weird machine music. It’s been released through cassette labels like Wicked City, Primitive Languages and birdFriend—outlets largely unknown outside of niche tape-swapping circles. Wilted Woman tracks incorporate musique concrète, abstract noise and compelling rhythms that sound alien but could still make you dance. They’re full of wrong sounds, something she picked up by rebelling against playing her violin properly in her youth. Wilted Woman prefers unorthodox methods of music making, and her records often evolve from jams. They’re loose extensions of her often improvised live performances.

Admina
Part of Corp. a project, platform and booking agency which encompasses musical & visual endeavours. It aims to represent and showcase female-identified DJ talent in electronic music, while also being dedicated to acquiring and exposing obscure sights and sounds, spanning from experimental & traditional forms, from the centre, the netherworlds and beyond.
The project also aspires to go beyond the performing artists and to include studio musicians, producers, sound engineers, technicians, cover artists, distributors, promoters, and festival organizers who are also women.
The project’s main urgent drive is to open and sustain a studio where women will have the space and time to further develop their skills.
