ODD THEORY. A series of public meetings around a set of theoretical notions.

Sessions are conducted over 1 to 3 days by one or several guests, sometimes in connection with the residency program at ODD. Guests choose their subject, based upon personal interest and knowledge, and are also asked to reflect upon the method of delivery. The final form may combine lecture, performance, workshop, reading, screening, walk.

Sessions are open to the general public upon registration, as places are limited. They do not require prior knowledge of the subject.

From 2017 onward, public events are connected to an informal work group meeting twice a month.

In 2018, the project is co-curated by Cristina Bogdan and Anca Bucur and functions a partnership between ODD, Modulab and Editura Fractalia, co-funded by AFCN.
